By requiring damage insurance we are able to keep costs low and eliminate substantial damage deposits charged to your credit card until after you check out.

Our one bedroom condo at the Holiday Pavilion resort is on the 9th floor (of 10 floors) and is an end unit....far from the elevators and noise! It overlooks Pier 14, the beach, the ocean the boardwalk and the main outdoor pool and pool bar. Note that our condo has been converted to have only a king bed in the bedroom rather than 2 double beds as shown in the floor plan below.

The Damage Protection covers you from accidental damages to the property and its contents within the unit for the duration of the rental period of our condo at the Holiday Pavilion -- subject to the policy terms and conditions of rental. This policy covers up to $3,000. So relax and enjoy your vacation!
